P Phil Lynah Phil is a distinguished retired US Army officer who has served in multiple overseas locations such as Germany, Netherlands, Japan, Korea, and Bosnia. With an impressive educational background of a Mathematics degree from Claflin University and an MBA (dual concentrations) in Finance and Management from Howard University, Phil is also the Executive VP of the Gospel Industry Network (GIN) – DC Affiliate, Board member of the Peachtree Enterprises and a proud member Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity for over 45 years.

Currently employed by the Department of Health and Human Services as the Chief of Logistics Management and Policy, Phil has devoted his life to service for over three decades. More About Phil
